Hi, the last three days I've been working on a proyect to edit the 3D models of the game. You must know that 4 days ago I knew absolutely nothing about 3D modeling. So far I have edited the VF1j Max valkyrie in fighter mode and transformed it into Roy's VF0S from Macross Zero. Here's what it looks like:



If any of you know something that might help me in my quest , please let me know. The thing is, that when I load the x file (there's 2 ways of doing it, I know the short way) I loose the animation. For example, the fighter mode loses its wings animation when you use the afterburner. I don't know how to load it without losing a thing.

I'll complete it (the gerwalk and the battroid mode) the same way I'm working now and if I discover how to preserve the animation, I'll update it.

I tried to install this mod for the vf 0, but it screwed up my voxp....had to uninstall and then re download game....what did i do wrong?

just like when you replace the skins, replace the files. quit the old files (make backup first) and put the new ones.

first thing you need to do is DL the new VF-0s
next thing you have to do is extract all the files from there compressed format to see the vf-0s files,

you basically have to cut and paste the new vf-os files into your "model" folder

NOTE!!! you must cut and paste all of the VF-0s files not just the skins. this is a new model w/ skins mod.

there are 2 versions you can choose from in this DL...

1) replaces the VF-1S
2) replaces the "Max"VF-1J

so you need to decide witch Mecha you want to replace.
